We were introduced to Ms. Nandini Sharma, a Platinum teacher, whose expertise and dedication have significantly enhanced our learning experience. In my 10 months using this platform, I've had a mixed experience. At first, my laptop didn't work well with it, and the counselors seemed great and educated in persuading me to join. They talked a lot about how important it is for kids to use the platform, though. It was smart to try out some classes before signing up, but you can only do that on their own platform. After I signed up, I had some problems, but the customer service was very helpful. Overall, it's good.
